Malacca College of Complementary Medicine (MCCM) is situated at Jonker Street in the historical town of Malacca and marks the only college of its kind in Malaysia as well as South East Asia. The college was founded in Melaka in June 2008 by late Dr. Ishak who was registered allopathic medical practitioner who developed a passion in alternate nontoxic treatments and became one of the pioneers in this field in Asia, winning the international peace prize in 2005. A member of the American College of Advancement of Medicine (ACAM).
MCCM provides courses leading to Diploma in Natural Medicine which is approved by the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). The college also has an organic farm in Kesang Pajak, Melaka; a Complementary Medical Center in Melaka city; and a Naturopathy Center in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. |
